Complete an Admin Created import is an easy and fast process.
1. When we receive your package without an order created, our team will create the import for you and you will receive an email notification to complete your required information. Click on LOGIN.
2. In the customer portal page, provide your email and password and click on LOG IN
Note: If this is the first time that you log into the portal, please click on Forgot Password to create a new password for your account. Once you reset it, please log in with your new credentials.
3. Once on your dashboard, you will find a notification for Information Required, click on Review Import.
4. Click on the Edit button to access to the import information
5. Complete all the required information, click on review pricing and checkout
6. Your package will be transported acrosss the border and we will let you know when it is available for pickup or delivery.
