Learn how to complete your Admin Created Import once our team have received your package at our US Warehouse.
1. You will receive an Information Required Email once we have created an import for you. Open the email and click on LOGIN.
2. Login to your account, providing your email and password and clicking on the Login button.
Note: If this is the first time you are logging into the new CBP Portal, please click on Forgot Password to reset it.
3. Once you have logging, you will find a notification about your information requested import, please click on Review Import button.
4. On the following screen, click on the Edit button
5. Our team will complete some information for you like carrier name, carrier tracking number and package dimensions. You would need to complete the rest of the information to complete the import.
5.1 Select if you would like to pick up your import or you would like to get it shipped to your address.
5.2 Provide your Retailer Name
5.3 Complete your product details.
Add as many products as you need by clicking on the (+) button or delete by clicking on the (-) or trash button.
5.4 Confirm and finalize products. You can opt to Save & Pay with other Imports or go directly to Review Pricing and Checkout.
Note: If you selected Save & Pay with other Imports, please select the imports you would like to check out together and click on Checkout button
Note: If you opted for a delivery to your address, you would need to select your shipping service and click on Review Pricing.
6. On the Import Order Checkout, select the card you will use to pay for your import or add a new one. Click on the checkbox to agree to the Terms & Conditions and click on Complete Payment button.
