Cancel an order if your package hasn't arrived at our US warehouse yet

If your order has been canceled by your retailer and you would like to cancel the import that you created for this package, please follow the next steps:


1. Log into your account and find the import that you would like to cancel:



2. Click on the dropdown icon. Once the order is open, click on the trash icon



3. Confirm that you would like to cancel your order on the pop-up by clicking on YES, CANCEL.


Note: If your package arrives at our US warehouse, you would need to contact customer service to provide information on what to do with your package, this might incur in some extra admin fees.
