How to create a new order in CBP Portal?

Learn how to create a new order in our CBP Portal. 


1. Login to your account



2. Click on New Import button



3. Select if you would receive your products in package or skid and if you would like to pick it up or authorize someone to pick it up for you. Select the warehouse location 



4. If your retailer/vendor provides shipping to our warehouse location, select that you have your own first mile shipping label. If you would like us to provide you with a first-mile shipping label, select that you don't have your own first mile shipping label



If you select No, I don't have my own first mile shipping label, provide your Ship From address



If you have your own first mile shipping label, select Yes if you would like to provide a tracking number; No if you would like only to get an estimate.

 



5. Select your Retailer



6. Provide you package tracking number, select your Units and package size

   You can add up to 10 packages



7. Complete your product declaration details

   Add all the products that youhave on your packages



8. Click on the checkbox to confirm and finalize products. You can select Save & Pay with other imports or click on Review PricingD



9. Select the credit card you want to use or add a new card. Select the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on Complete Pyament



10. Download you receipt and go back to your imports
