My package tracking shows delivered, but it has not been processed into my account?
Please allow 3 business days for the package to be processed, if not processed by the end of the 3rd business day, we kindly ask that you contact our Customer Support team and provide the tracking number associated with your shipment. Once received, we will promptly escalate the matter to our U.S. team so they can conduct a thorough review and search within the facility for the package.
If, after a comprehensive check of the facility, our U.S. team confirms that the package connected to the tracking number has not been received, we recommend contacting both the carrier and the retailer directly to initiate a claim for the missing shipment. This process allows the carrier and retailer to conduct their own investigation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
In the meantime, our U.S. team will continue to monitor the tracking information closely. On occasion, carriers may mark a package as delivered in their tracking system even though it arrives at our facility at a later date. Should the package be received after the original delivery date indicated by the carrier, we will ensure that it is processed into your unit as soon as
