How long does it take for me to receive my item at the Canadian CBP locations?

The total time for your package to be available for pick up is highly dependent on the original shipment of the item from your vendor to your Cross Border Pickups U.S. address. Once the item has been received at our US warehouse location, it will be available for your review and input within 48 hours. If all required information is satisfied and you've approved and created the order for your shipment to be sent over, you can expect the item to be available at your selected pick-up location within 2-4 business days. 

However, if your shipment is flagged for review, this may add delays. You can track the package through your portal anytime. CBP will notify you by email and/or text message when the item is available for pickup or is out for delivery.
