How long does it take for me to receive my item at the Canadian CBP locations?

The total time for your package to be available for pick up is highly dependent on the original shipment of the item from your vendor to your Cross Border Pickups U.S. address.

Once the item has been received at our US warehouse location, it will be processed into your account for your review within 1-3 business days. If your package was delivered more than 3 business days, please contact our customer support. Our highly trained customer support team will be able to look into your order further.

Please note that we do receive our deliveries in bulk from each carrier; packages delivered at the same time may be processed at different times.

Once the order has been created for the package/s, you can expect the item to be available at your selected pick-up location within 2-4 business days.

However, if your shipment is flagged for review, this may add delays.

You can track the package status through your portal anytime.

Cross Border Pickups will notify you by email once the order is available for pickup.

If you selected our delivery service, we will provide you with the carrier and tracking information for you to monitor directly with the carrier for expected delivery notifications.
