How long do you keep items at the pickup locations? Can I keep my items at your location while I wait for additional items?

For your convenience, we offer complimentary free storage for various package sizes at our pickup locations. Light, regular, and oversized packages can be stored free of charge for up to 15 days after arriving at our Canada warehouse or after being flagged at our US warehouse. Skids are also eligible for complimentary free storage for up to 5 days upon arrival at our Canada pickup locations or up to 5 days after being flagged at our US warehouse.

If you require additional time beyond the initial storage period to wait for other package(s) to arrive, you have the option to extend storage at our location for a nominal fee. The complimentary storage fee is $1 per day for any size package and $5 per day for skids. However, please note that the maximum duration we can store your package for you is 30 days. After this period, your package will be flagged as abandoned and will be scheduled for discarding.
