The total time for your package to be available for pick up is highly dependent on the original shipment of the item from the retailer you bought your products from. Once the items have been received at our U.S. location, we will process it, unless we need more information from you. If all required information is satisfied and you've approved and created the order for your shipment to be sent over, you can expect the item to be available at your selected pick-up location within 2-3 business days.
However, if your shipment is flagged for review, this may add delays. You can track the package through your portal anytime. CBP will notify you by email and/or text message when the item is available for pickup.
