If we require a Proof of Value of your products, you will receive a notification to provide the required documentation.
1. Once you received the notification for Proof of Value needed, click on LOGIN
2. Log into your CBP account.
3. On the Proof of Value Notification click on Review Import
4. On the import order, click on Resolve Flag
5. This wil open a new email directed to our customer service team, please attach your Proof of Value with your Account ID, Customer Name and Tracking Number so our team can update this on your file.
